New Drop Down combo selector for search.. This makes it easier to tell when a search is limiting the number of books in the Book Table.
Adds support for M4A output files. M4A files don't lose any quality in the transcoding, but are not supported by all audio players. Split and joining of m4a files is also supported.
Removed a bug where old expiration checks could prevent the program from starting.
Installer updated to always include a java 12 runtime instead of using the user's unknown JRE. This should fix some people's reports where the app doesn't start. A debug.sh and debug.bat file is included to help with startup errors.
