This release fixes an unfortunate problem where large books with multiple parts were getting partial downloads.
If you downloaded or converted books in 2.0 or 2.0.1, you may get an alert to delete some AAX or MP3 files.

This bug is serious enough that I am deleting the binary releases 2.0 and 2.0.1.
