v1.6.3: Security Update

⚠️ Security update, upgrading is strongly recommended. Previous Docker images run on Node.js 18, which is affected by CVE-2026-111497 (possible remote code execution via Brotli) and will not receive a fix. This release switches the image to Node.js 22. Running without Docker? Use Node.js 22 (22.23.4 or later), 24 (24.22.1 or later) or 26 (26.12.1 or later).

🐛 Fixed

  • DMs and channel announcements are now independent (#134): Turning off a channel announcement no longer also disables "Send PM when request is available". New "Announce new movies/series in channel" checkboxes control channel posts on their own.
  • Season and episode notifications showed the wrong artwork (#126): They now use the parent series, which also fixes "Send PM when request is available" for seasons and episodes. Thanks to @Lurk390.
  • Smarter duplicate protection for series: Quality upgrades no longer re-announce episodes or seasons, while new episodes of a known show still get announced.

🔒 Security

  • Docker image now runs on Node.js 22 instead of the end-of-life Node.js 18, which fixes CVE-2026-111497 (Brotli, possible remote code execution).
  • Coloris color picker pinned to v0.25.0 with Subresource Integrity instead of loading @latest from the CDN.
  • Dependencies updated to clear all known advisories (including undici, joi, axios, proxy-addr and follow-redirects).

No configuration change is needed.
