Added a cuda Docker image with the full Open Terminal toolkit, CUDA development tools, and GPU-enabled PyTorch. You can compile GPU programs and run PyTorch workloads on a compatible NVIDIA GPU when Docker has access to it.
The full, agents, and cuda Docker images now include GitHub CLI (gh) for working with repositories, issues, and pull requests, plus uv and uvx for installing Python packages and running Python tools. Rebuild or update your image to get them.
Apps launched by assistant commands can now open windows on your running Linux Desktop. For example, asking the assistant to launch a browser can show its window in the Desktop tab. Open the desktop first; running a command does not start it automatically.

Fixed Chromium closing immediately when launched from a command in the Docker image, even though it worked from the Desktop. Commands, notebooks, and coding agents now honor the same browser setting already used by the Desktop.
