Added open-terminal run --isolated and OPEN_TERMINAL_ISOLATED=true to start without loading saved system or user settings. Environment settings and a file explicitly selected with --config still apply.

Notebook support is now an optional install. Use pip install 'open-terminal[notebooks]' to include it. Open Terminal can start without the notebook packages, with notebook features disabled. The default Docker image still includes them.

Terminal connections can now drop and reconnect without immediately stopping the shell or its running programs. Output continues to be collected while disconnected, with up to 1 MiB kept for reconnection. Connected apps can resume from where they left off; terminals left disconnected for more than five minutes are closed during the next cleanup.
Failed uploads no longer overwrite an existing file with incomplete content. The original file is replaced only after the upload has been fully written.
