Fixed
FileBlobProviderdeleting or renaming files with a.blob,.tmp
or.lockextension that it did not create when its storage directory is
shared with other files. Only files named the wayFileBlobProvidernames
its blobs, and the temporary and lease files derived from them, are now
removed or renamed when the storage is maintained, and only blobs named that
way are now returned byGetBlobs()andTryGetBlob().

FileBlobProvider.- When running on .NET on non-Windows platforms, the storage directory and
the blob files within it are now created accessible to the current user
only, including when the directory is recreated after being deleted. - Directory size accounting no longer follows subdirectories, avoiding
a symbolic-link/junction walk. - Expired lease-file cleanup now correctly locates the lease timestamp
delimiter within the file name rather than the whole path. - Timestamps in blob and lease file names are now always written using the
Gregorian calendar. Previously, when the current culture used a different
calendar, files were given timestamps that caused them never to be
removed or released when the storage was maintained. - Temporary files left behind by a failed write to a leased blob are now
removed once the lease has expired for longer than the write timeout. - Writing to a
FileBlobthat has already been written now replaces its
content. Previously, writing without a lease failed, and writing with a
lease left the existing blob in place and created a second copy of the
blob with a nested lease.
