• Fixed unbounded memory use caused by long string message keys being recorded
  in full in the messaging.kafka.message.key span attribute. Keys longer than
  256 characters are now truncated.

• Added the UseCreationContextAsParent option to
  ConfluentKafkaInstrumentedConsumerBuilderOptions. When enabled, the
  process span created by ConsumeAndProcessMessageAsync uses the message
  creation context (extracted from the message headers) as its parent instead
  of only linking to it, as allowed by the messaging semantic conventions.
