NuGet: OpenTelemetry.Instrumentation.AspNetCore v1.20.2

• Fixed http.route and the span name being set to text taken from the request
  path when the page route value is populated from a route parameter of an
  endpoint that has no route template (such as MapFallbackToController,
  MapDynamicControllerRoute or IRouter-based routing). The page route value
  is now only used as a fallback for Razor Pages endpoints with an empty route
  template.

• Routes longer than 256 characters are no longer added to the cache of span
  display names, so that a route derived from the request cannot cause an
  arbitrary amount of memory to be retained for the lifetime of the process.
