• Fixed error.type not being set to the response status code on server spans
  and on the http.server.request.duration metric when a request completes
  with a 5xx status code without an unhandled exception. For ASP.NET Core 8.0-10.0
  the metric is only fixed when the MeterProvider is registered with the
  application's service collection.

• Added experimental OTEL_DOTNET_EXPERIMENTAL_ASPNETCORE_ENABLE_NEW_ROOT_SPAN
  to start a new root span, linked to the incoming parent, for requests that
  arrive with a parent. Available on .NET 8.0+.

  cost of filtering diagnostic events, caching the parsed server.address and
  server.port values for recently seen Host header values and making
