What's in this release

Spatial Scene: photos with a clear subject turn into a 3D parallax scene that follows your mouse, or the tilt of your phone. It works on the web and in the app. It's off by default: turn it on in Administration → Settings → Machine Learning → Spatial Scene, then run the Spatial Scene job under Jobs for your existing photos.
Library Cleanup: a daily rewind of the photos you took on this date in past years, plus cleanup queues for blurry photos, screenshots, space hogs, bursts and duplicates. It works on the web (Utilities → Cleanup) and in the app (Library → Cleanup).
A redesigned search in the app, with live filter chips and counts on every filter.
Database backups to S3, for servers that already store their media in S3.
Space editors can manage members, if the owner or an administrator allows it.
Motion on the web and in the app, and on the web photos now zoom out of the timeline into the viewer and back.
Fixes for stacks shared through a Space, Immich 3.3 databases with shared people switching to Gallery, Spatial Scene on S3 redirect mode, and screenshots showing up in the blurry-photos queue.

Android: install the APK

If Google Play hasn't offered you 5.10.0 yet, install the app from the attached gallery-v5.10.0.apk. The first time, Android will ask you to allow installs from your browser or files app.

This APK is the same build as v5.10.0-rc.0 and v5.10.0-rc.1: no app code changed after it, so it is the 5.10.0 app.

Update

Back up your database first. Then set IMMICH_VERSION=v5.10.0 in your .env and run:

docker compose pull && docker compose up -d
