• Add an opt-in .respectCacheControl option and KF.Builder.respectCacheControl() to honor the response Cache-Control header when an image is stored. no-store stores nothing and removes an entry cached earlier under the same key; max-age minus the Age header caps the expiration of both cache layers, never beyond the configured one. The response is available as ImageLoadingResult.response. The cap applies to the entries stored for that response only; an image processed later from a cached original gets the regular expiration. #2609 #2603 #2507 @feather2222 @buscarini
• Mark all KingfisherWrapper stored-property setters on image views, NSTextAttachment, and PHLivePhotoView as nonmutating, so a let copy of the wrapper can configure the view, the same as the button and CPListItem extensions. #2607 #2601 @sereivoanyong

Fix

• Deliver the final completion on options.callbackQueue when waitForCache and cacheOriginalImage are used with a processor. The original image disk write reported back on the cache I/O queue, which could run the completion off the callback queue, or drop it when the two store callbacks raced in CacheCallbackCoordinator. A store that reports back synchronously no longer trips an assertion. #2611 @onevcat
