Fix

• Downsample animated frames in AnimatedImageView with the ImageIO thumbnail API. Frames are now sized for the view and its content mode instead of being decoded at native size. This reduces memory usage for large GIFs in small views. #2585 #2574 @omarH2007
• Avoid repeated full-size decoding when a processed image misses the cache but its original image is on disk. Overlapping requests now share the decoding work. #2573 #2572 @oahhariri
