First release published through the new npm release pipeline — GitHub Actions builds and publishes @changfenhuang/dsh-genui@0.9.3 to npm via OIDC Trusted Publishing. Resolves #59: DSH Desktop's plugin marketplace can now install/update the plugin from an exact npm version instead of the rejected github: source.

- quiz nodes with plain-string options now grade correctly; unrecoverable quiz nodes are dropped cleanly (#60)
- table entrance animation no longer re-triggers repaint flash on hover (#56)
