MarkView 1.3.1 is a Windows hotfix for opening multiple Markdown files from File Explorer.

Windows

The Microsoft Store package has been updated to 1.3.1.0 for x64 and submitted for certification. It will become available after certification passes and the update is manually published.

Changes

• Fixed Windows Explorer multi-file activation so each selected Markdown file opens exactly once instead of producing duplicate or rapidly multiplying browser tabs.
• Prevented duplicate paths in a packaged activation payload from launching more than one renderer.
• Improved reliability when creating temporary rendered HTML files by retrying transient sharing violations.
• Expanded Windows packaged-activation diagnostics and regression coverage.

Known limitations

• MarkView 1.3.1 is a Windows-only hotfix; the public macOS and Linux packages remain at 1.3.0.
• The Windows Store package is x64-only.
• The Store may continue to offer 1.3.0 until certification and manual publication of 1.3.1 are complete.
