- added power off switch for washer, dryer and styler (not tested with THINQ2 device)

- added default min and max temperature value for climate (issue #161)
- review "set_control" functions to be more generic
- call "get_control" every 10 minutes for ThinQ2 AC device (try to fix current temperature value not updated, issue #159)
- call "delete_permission" for ThinQ1 device after "set_control" (try to fix device locked after send control)
