Added

• Cancellation email on external deletion — when a CalDAV event is deleted externally (e.g. in BlueMind) and the booking is cancelled, both guest and host now receive a cancellation email with .ics CANCEL attachment

Fixed

• BlueMind empty sync-collection — if ctag changed but sync-collection returns an empty delta (BlueMind doesn't report deletions via sync-token), calrs now falls back to full sync to catch the changes
• Orphaned booking sweep — after every sync, calrs checks for active bookings whose CalDAV event no longer exists and cancels them. Catches bookings orphaned before the cancellation detection was deployed
