Themes adapt to both light and dark modes and override all CSS custom properties (background, surface, text, accent, borders, success, error).
Improved slot picker UX:
- Dynamic timezone labels with UTC offsets (DST-aware)
- Filled calendar grid with clickable prev/next month days
- Timezone selector and 12/24h toggle moved to left sidebar
- Removed redundant green availability dots
- Floating dark/light theme toggle on the booking card
