Publication Center on mobile (#833)

• The file tree now sits above the diff in narrow views instead of squeezing both side by side.
• The publish bar is no longer hidden behind Obsidian's floating mobile navbar.
• The diff header wraps, diff gutters are tighter, and the publish button spans the full width.
• Mobile defaults to the unified diff view.
• Fixed a strip of scrolled content showing above the sticky diff header.

New

• Select all checkbox above the file tree, acting on the files visible under the active filters.

Fixes

• Removed the "Attempting to load NodeJS package" errors on mobile: the local export feature now loads fs and path only when an export runs on desktop. The build now fails if a Node builtin is ever required at plugin load.
