Publishing hundreds of notes at once no longer fails with GitHub's "your request timed out, input was too large" error. Large publishes are now split into commits of at most 100 files automatically, and each commit lands as it completes, so if something goes wrong part-way through, everything before it is already published.
Deleting many notes or images from the Publication Center is also faster: they are removed in a few batched commits instead of one commit per file, and any delete error now shows up in the Publication Center like publish errors do.
