Changes

1. Updated command output, now it's more colorful
2. cnd will load the kubernetes configuration from $KUBECONFIG if available
3. cnd list will delete stale entries based on the PID
4. syncthing will be automatically downloaded if missing
5. Automatically forward ports based on manifest configuration

Bugfixes

1. cnd will try to reconnect or restart when the pod is not available
2. Environment variables declared with values from a config map no work correctly
3. cnd exec will propagate the correct exit code
4. A log file is kept on $HOME/.cnd/cnd.log for troubleshooting purposes
