We changed the repository ownership to its own organization, https://github.com/cloudnativedevelopment. This GitHub organization will be the owner of the CLI tool, samples, and other content from now on.

1. The binary will install the required dependencies automatically
2. Automatically log to a local file, with a 1MB rotation1. Monitor the state of the connection to the cluster and reconnect as needed
3. Support for dev-only environment variables in the manifest (#164)
4. Move to go modules for dependency management
