Features

• The manifest file now takes a deployment name instead of a path to a kubernetes manifest. With this, you can point your development environment to any running deployment you have access to.
• cnd now has logging levels. This is controlled via the -l flag.

Bugfixes

• When enabling the cloud native development environment, cnd now sets the replica to 1, instead of waiting forever.

Breaking changes

Because cnd now pulls the deployment information from kubernetes instead of from a file, older deployment might need to be manually redeployed to work with cnd.
