Documentation patch release focused on Linux installation edge cases.

• Updated README installation guidance for Debian/Ubuntu PEP 668 environments.
• Added guidance for Hermes installs exposed through ~/.local/bin/hermes shims where $(dirname $(which hermes))/python does not exist.
• Added uv pip install --python ... as a safe fallback when Hermes' virtualenv exists but has no pip module.
