Import upgrade note for GPG users
Previously, the tool would produce inconsistent output formats for GPG encrypted archives. Symmetric encryption would produce binary output, when asymmetric output would produce Base64 encoded "armored" output. Starting with this version, both schemes will produce binary output by default as it's considerably smaller. If your backup mechanism requires armored output, you now need to set GPG_OUTPUT to armored explicitly.
