octp 0.5.0: AI-driven repository onboarding

This release has been superseded by octp 0.5.1. Its compiled binary can truncate onboarding JSON when output is captured through a pipe. Use the normal installer to get the fixed version.

Give the setup prompt on https://octopus-review.ai/#agent-setup to the AI already working in your project. It can now use the native CLI to connect the GitHub repository, start or join indexing and analysis, and report the actual result.

• octp onboard --agent --json returns structured states, next actions, continuation arguments and retry intervals.
• octp login --no-open lets the AI show your sign-in approval link while the login process waits.
• GitHub App installation and repository-access approval links are returned when needed. After you approve, the AI continues through the CLI.
• Completed work is reused. Existing organisation settings are preserved; dismissed repositories and failed jobs require explicit attention.

Agent setup supports github.com repositories and requires a server with agent onboarding support. Octopus Cloud supports it as of web 1.0.153. See https://octopus-review.ai/docs/cli for setup and the protocol reference.

Native binaries for macOS, Linux and Windows are attached with SHA256SUMS.txt. The existing install.sh and install.ps1 installers select this release automatically.
