HiveOS stats reporting fix (issue #4). Rust binary unchanged from v0.6.9.0/0.6.9.1.

The HiveOS stats script (h-stats.sh) now:

• Reports shares — emits ar: [accepted, rejected] (was missing entirely, so HiveOS showed no share counts). Accepted = cumulative Shares: Accepted: N; rejected = count of Share rejected by pool events.
• Fixes AMD per-GPU hashrate — matches both NVIDIA (Device #N (name): R unit) and AMD/Vulkan (Device Vulkan #N: R unit) log lines; the old NVIDIA-only grep left AMD per-GPU hashrate at 0.
• Robust hashrate → khs conversion via awk (decimal-count independent; Thash/Ghash/Mhash/khash).
• uptime emitted as a JSON number (HiveOS expects numeric).

Thanks to the issue #4 reporter for the diagnosis. HiveOS/SMOS rigs: update to v0.6.9.2 to pick up the stats fix (bump CUSTOM_VERSION 0.6.9.2 / BUILD 21).
