keryx-miner-supr v0.10.2 — H6 pool-mining fix
Fixes a startup failure for pool (stratum) miners at H6. The H6 OPoI escrow
delegation cert is only needed for solo mining (the miner builds and signs its
own coinbase). On the pool path the pool builds and signs the coinbase, so no cert
is required — but v0.10.2's predecessor required it unconditionally and refused to
start for pool miners once H6 was active. Pool mining now skips the cert entirely.
- Pool (stratum) mining no longer needs
escrow.cert/--escrow-cert. - Solo (grpc) mining is unchanged (still requires the delegation pair at H6).
- No protocol/share changes — same H6 PoM v3 walk + OPoI.
