Airtable

• Much faster import.
• Rollups import the value Airtable computed.
• No more NaN in frontmatter for empty rollup results.
• Links to tables you didn't select show the record's name instead of Unknown record recXyz.

Notion

• Relations to pages outside the import show the page's title instead of a raw UUID.
• Relation rewriting is scoped to its property (could previously corrupt a self-relating page's own notion-id).
• New setting "Import linked databases", off by default.

All importers

• Clicking outside the dialog or pressing Escape during an import no longer cancels it. Fix #582
