☑️ Fixes for "LuLu could not communicate with its system extension" after upgrading (#912, #926, #939)
After quitting LuLu, its (old) extension lingered. If the new version was installed before it had exited, macOS could load the new extension without its XPC service, leaving it running but unreachable from the app (blank Rules window, "could not communicate" alert). The extension now exits as soon as its filter is stopped, and at launch LuLu verifies the extension answers. If it doesn't, LuLu (once) deactivates and reactivates it, in which case you'll be asked to re-approve the extension.
☑️ Improved lifecycle logging
Extension/app activation, replacement, start and stop events are now persisted in the system log, to help diagnose upgrade issues: log show --last 1h --predicate 'subsystem == "com.objective-see.lulu"'
☑️ Removed per-process Spotlight metadata lookup from the extension
It was unused, and a synchronous IPC on the filter's hot path.
☑️ Fixed a potential crash when the Rules window refreshed while rules were being modified
Rules are now archived under lock; held flows are resumed outside the lock.
