SANDBOX-CONFIGURATION.md was actively broken — documented danger-full-access mode that code rejects. Only workspace-write, write, read-only are valid.
Fixed across all remaining docs
- Provider counts normalized to 7 (was "five" or "three" in various places)
- Debate references updated to four-way (was "3-way")
- Command count updated to 47 (was 39)
- ARCHITECTURE.md: Copilot → "optional" (was "aspirational")
- CLAUDE.md: provider detection + modular config now lists all 7 providers
- Ollama CLAUDE.md: fixed false "no streaming" claim
