Token Count Parsing for Per-Phase Cost Accounting (OPP 2):

• SUPPORTS_NATIVE_TASK_METRICS feature flag (Claude Code v2.1.30+)
• parse_task_metrics() extracts total_tokens, tool_uses, duration_ms from <usage> blocks
• Native metrics wired into run_agent_sync() and record_agent_complete() calls
• <usage> block preserved in spawn_agent() result files for batch completion parsing
• display_per_phase_cost_table() renders per-phase cost breakdown with provider indicators
• Native vs estimated metrics distinguished with * marker in cost table output
