• run_yaml_workflow() reads embrace.yaml at execution time instead of hardcoded phase logic
• execute_workflow_phase() generic phase executor with parallel/sequential agent spawning
• Template variable resolution: {{prompt}}, {{probe_synthesis}}, {{grasp_consensus}}
• Feature flag: OCTOPUS_YAML_RUNTIME=auto|enabled|disabled (default: auto)
• Falls back to hardcoded logic if YAML parsing fails

• build_memory_context() injects MEMORY.md content into agent prompts

• validate-release.sh grep pipes crash under pipefail when no match (added || true guards)
• skill-validate.md name prefix corrected from validate to skill-validate
