Bug Fix

• Renamed /octo:sys-setup back to /octo:setup — The command was registered as sys-setup but README and plugin description referenced /octo:setup, causing "not found" errors when users followed setup instructions (closes #17)
• /octo:sys-setup kept as backward-compatible alias
