1. Persona Packs: Community persona customization via .octopus/personas/ with pack.yaml manifests. Replace or extend built-in personas with auto-loading.

2. Anti-Drift Checkpoints: Heuristic output validation (length, refusal, key term overlap) in shadow/warn mode. Always non-blocking.

3. Baseline Telemetry: record_task_metric()/get_metric_summary() for task duration, quality gates, and cost tier tracking. Privacy-safe, local-only.

4. lib/ Modular Extraction (Round 2):

   • lib/routing.sh — task classification, complexity estimation, persona recommendation (510 lines)
   • lib/personas.sh — persona loading, pack resolution, agent mapping (265 lines)
