PRD skill now uses correct agents for external vs internal research.

Problem

When creating PRDs for external topics (like WordPress + Pressable), the skill incorrectly used explore agent which only searches local filesystem - resulting in 55 useless searches finding nothing.

Solution

Updated skill-prd.md Phase 2 research guidance:

• External topics (new tech, third-party services) → Use librarian agent + web search
• Internal topics (existing codebase) → Use explore agent
