Two-Mode System

Major improvements to mode switching and setup experience.

Added

• /co:dev command for switching to Dev Work mode
• Mode selection in setup flow - Users now choose their primary mode during first-time setup (Step 6/8)

Changed

• Simplified all mode descriptions - Removed workflow jargon (embrace, probe, tangle, etc.)
  • Dev Work Mode: "Building features, debugging code, implementing APIs"
  • Knowledge Work Mode: "User research, strategy analysis, literature reviews"
• Updated documentation - All docs now present Dev Work and Knowledge Work as equal choices
• Clarified AI providers - Both modes use same AI (Codex + Gemini), just different personas

Testing

• Added test-mode-switching.sh (4 tests, all passing)
• Extended test-knowledge-routing.sh with dev command tests
• Full backward compatibility verified

Impact: Makes the distinction between Dev Work and Knowledge Work modes clearer and more accessible, with improved onboarding UX.
