Find commands and check your installation

• Use /octo:guide to find commands from your installed version. /octo:auto help uses the same catalog without calling a provider.
• Setup and Doctor check the loaded plugin, host cache, and saved installation state. Claude Code and Codex keep separate records.
• Repair broken stable links with a preview before applying changes. Modified or unowned wrappers are preserved.
• Choose a lightweight context profile. Core leaves optional context hooks off; orchestration enables them during active workflows. Safety hooks remain active.
• Export a filtered summary of project decisions and active blockers for another session. Review it before sharing; it is not imported session state.

This release also fixes the sys-setup alias, the public octopus explain command, and session identity in optional post-tool hooks. Installation diagnostics make no provider requests.

Existing model selections, provider configuration, and consent settings are unchanged.
