- Reviews started in the same second without an
artifactIdnow reserve
separate run IDs before starting seats. Their findings no longer overwrite
each other, and one review cannot block another's execution contracts by
reusing its ID. If no ID can be reserved, the review stops before writing
findings. ExplicitartifactIdvalues and dry-run behavior are preserved.
#1239. - By default, repeated and concurrent workflows within one Claude Code session
now write separate proof packets, keeping events, findings and summaries
separate.OCTOPUS_PROOF_RUN_IDstill overrides the complete run ID. Use a
unique override per run; reusing one shares the directory and can overwrite
the earlier packet.
#1238. - Council grounding and quote verification accept a bare filename or path
suffix when exactly one eligible file matches. Nested checkout copies no
longer make names ambiguous. Grounding rejects missing, ambiguous and unsafe
paths, and line numbers past the end of a file. Quote verification checks
uniquely matching attached context before repository suffixes and can verify
matching file text even when the cited line number is out of range.
An unsafe existing path cannot fall back to a different file.
