Octopus v11.14.0 adds self-hosted LiteLLM gateways and repairs Tangle reviews, Command Code cancellation and concurrent installation receipts.
Added
- Use
litellm-agentwith an OpenAI-compatible LiteLLM proxy, model allowlists, and optional live readiness checks. HTTPS is required except for localhost; endpoint configuration comes from the operator environment. Proxy model names do not establish independent model families.
Fixed
- Tangle accepts a JSON pass verdict without an empty
scope_reviewlist, while fail verdicts retain the requirement. A second JSON review no longer emits a textual-compatibility deprecation warning. Thanks to Jhacarreiro (#1196). - Command Code emits bounded progress while its NDJSON stream grows and stops its CLI when the helper exits. Cancellation cleanup preserves termination status and removes private temporary files even if its watcher already stopped. Original provider work by Jhacarreiro (#1197), with a maintainer cleanup regression and repair.
- Installation receipt writers retry when a lock is released during contention inspection. Files and symlinks remain rejected without mutation (#1198).
Maintenance
- CI artifact uploads use the verified immutable upload-artifact v7.0.2 commit from Dependabot (#1194).
