Fixed
- Parallel work packages use their own branches and retain committed work after
cleanup. Uncommitted worktrees stay available for recovery, retries validate
worktree identity and clear stale markers, and failed launches report completion.
(#1179,
commit9f7aadaafff253d6d6754eb3ef2983ffd167cbf5.) - Reviews and research preserve substantial results that discuss context limits
instead of discarding them as oversized-prompt rejections. Error-channel
rejections and recorded terminal failures remain failures.
(#1180,
commit4d152db0cd580167cdde7629a9fc70bc20d66f39.) - Tangle's codex execution boundary gives
thread-writer-locksand.tmpin
CODEX_HOMEa private tmpfs, like the other runtime directories.codex exec
could not start a thread inside the boundary (EROFSon
thread-writer-locks/.coordination.lock), so a codex seat still produced no
code after #1164. Checked on Codex 0.155.1 and 0.161.0.

Added
OCTO_PROVIDER_REJECTION_MAX_OUTPUT_BYTESconfigures when provider stdout
is substantial enough to retain despite a rejection phrase. The default is
4096 bytes; invalid or overflowing values use that default. Error-channel
rejection detection is independent of this setting. (#1180)
