• Fix #157++: 端末サイズ変更後、追記でズレる不具合を修正
• 4.0.x の不適切なデフォルト ~/.nyagos 向けに、prompter という名前の上位値がクロージャ(nyagos.prompt)で使われていたらエラーにするようにした (#155,#158)
