What's Changed
- thumbnail errors are fixed. now if the thumbnail cannot be generated, it sends the original file for preview
- centralized error handler on backend, and created a notification system which shows all errors on frontend as notification
- improved re-ordering of favourites using vuedraggable and sortable.js
- added integrated terminal available only to admins
