- Protocol upgrade：After 80% of the consensus nodes are upgraded to the 1.3.0-Beta version and 10,000 blocks are packaged, the testnet will switch to the new protocol. And the new protocol stipulates that the testnet continues to package 40,000 blocks, all consensus nodes will stop packaging transactions.
