At that time, the underlying of the test network will support the random number function

Data.zip is a file which contains a snapshot from block 0-688080. Needs to be placed in the wallet root directory (.\NULS-Wallet-win64-1.1.7-beta3\data).
Data.zip是一个文件包，包含688080万高度内的所有数据，下载后放在钱包根目录下，再启动钱包，就可以避免重新同步数据。
