Root cause fix: V2 links surviving pipeline regeneration
Previously, manually added links in v2-docs/ pages were removed on each automated pipeline run because the V2 optimizer regenerates pages from inventory data.
Fix: Both links now added to data/inventory.yaml + data/inventory.sql with full metadata: stars, v1_locations, v2_locations, hierarchy, ai_summary, tags.
Links made permanent:
- redhat.com: Bring Your Own Knowledge - RAG (mlops.md, stars=4)
- skillbuilder.aws: AWS Skill Builder (aws-training.md, stars=5)
The V2 optimizer will now include these in every future regeneration automatically.
