This release overhauls the V2 portal's Trending Now section into a two-lane, momentum-aware intelligence feed.
Lane 1 — 🔥 Trending Now (Cloud Native Intelligence)
Momentum-weighted, category-diverse selection (impact × recency with a 21-day half-life) so the section rotates with genuinely fresh, high-impact items instead of pinning evergreen tools. (#445)
Lane 2 — 📈 Rising this Quarter (Sustained Momentum)
A second lane that now surfaces a genuinely different signal from lane 1. (#446, #448)
- Sustained-momentum scoring — rewards proven staying power (presence across the 12-month digest window) and de-prioritises <7-day items, which belong in lane 1. Lane 2 now surfaces matured pillars (Prometheus, Flux, bpftrace, Backstage) with zero overlap with lane 1 — previously it just showed lane 1's leftovers under a different label.
- No more contradictory NEW pills on "sustained" cards (freshness is lane 1's signal).
- Deterministic rendering — card selection is anchored to the digest's analysis timestamp instead of wall-clock, so identical input renders identical cards and re-renders don't churn the committed HTML.
- Hardened lane selection against malformed digest entries.
