This release contains a patch to 0.23.2 which caused some file operations, like open and save, to fail for certain notebooks.

This month's release of the nteract desktop application features a few bug fixes and under-the-hood improvements including:
- Fix CSS for collapsed outputs (#5085)
- Fix syntax highlighting getting lost on CodeMirror Mode Update (#5104)
- Refactors and improvements to desktop menu (#5107)
That next desktop release will ship on June 29th, 2020.
