nspawn 2.3.2 keeps needrestart from restarting the machines and the units nspawn runs
for them after an apt upgrade.
Fixed
- needrestart leaves the machines and nspawn's units alone. The deb installs
/etc/needrestart/conf.d/nspawn.conf. After an upgrade of nspawn, needrestart
restarted each machine's health runner, port proxy and Docker API service: the health
went back tostartingand IPv6 connections through the proxy were cut. After an
upgrade of systemd-nspawn, needrestart 3.6 (Ubuntu 24.04) restarted the machines
together with systemd-machined, and a machine could fail to come back with "Machine
already exists". They take the new binaries at the machine's next start.
