Improvements:

• Significantly improved parsing, with support for code blocks, bold, italics and headings (#95)
• Add support for indented bulleted lists (#53)

Known issues:

• Tables don't render
• Last scroll position is not remembered when a link is clicked
• Many Wikitext features don't work (unicode characters, citations, other text formatting)
• Hyperlinks don't work in bulleted lists
