This small release fixes some stuff and introduces the following:

1. long-awaited death animation feedback: ships now release a colored shockwave when they die

2. you can now disable gamepad rumbling in the options menu

3. we fixed other rumbling-related bugs

4. internal refactoring of ship-related code to help contributors

5. performance improvements to hive filling levels
